Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days for ready-to-ship items.

Apparel items (sweaters) may require additional time depending on size and color availability. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing of apparel orders.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size using Canada Post.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–10 business days after shipment.

Delays

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Soul & Thread House is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
