Return & Refund Policy
At Soul & Thread House, each item is thoughtfully made and carefully prepared. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place.
Returns
We do not accept returns on most items.
Because our products are handmade, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges (Apparel Only)
We understand that sizing can vary. We offer exchanges only for apparel items (sweaters).
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Handmade home goods (including towels, bowl cozies, and covers)
- Final sale items
